Editing, cancelling and returning an order
EDIT ORDER
If you wish to modify your order you will need to contact us at the following email address: customercare@vvitawear.itOnce we have received your request, we will verify the feasibility of the operation.
ORDER CANCELLATION
An online order can be cancelled as soon as it is created and at certain stages of its preparation; after these stages it can no longer be cancelled.

RETURN
If you are a private consumer you can make a return within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the package.
The return will not be accepted if:
- the product is damaged;
- the product has been used or washed;
- the product is dirty or customized;
- the product does not have an internal or external label or the information in the label is no longer readable.
To communicate your intention send a return form, duly completed and signed to the email address customercare@vvitawear.itYou can choose whether to print the form or to proceed digitally; in this case you will need your digital signature for the subscription.
All costs of returning goods will be at your expense while new shipping will be free of charge.
By making the return you will be able to request:
- a change of size, color or model (of an amount equal to the one returned);
- a voucher equal to the returned product to be spent on VVITA products;
- the reimbursement of the returned goods.
The change of size, the issuance of the voucher or the refund of a product take place once it has been verified that it is intact and eligible.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return request with the code of reference to it associated with it and you will be able to proceed with the shipment using the following data

IMPORTANT: the reference code associated with your return must be shown on the package or inside the package.
If you have selected the preparation of the shipment by us on the return form, you will find the return label attached and further to be applied on the outside of the package. In this case, once the package is ready, reply to the email indicating the most convenient date for you to book the collection of the package at your address (Saturday and Sunday excluded) or go to the nearest SDA center. The return label is prepaid and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. The refund always takes place on the means of payment used, with variable times depending on the payment method.
An expected discount is applied only when a specific amount is reached, in case of return of one or more items, if the total amount of the order becomes below the threshold, the previously applied discount is deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are not included in the total order value.
If you sent the wrong item by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your item will be found and returned and do not provide any compensation for items sent by mistake.
In case of refused return, you will have to pay the related shipping and handling costs according to the instructions you will receive by mail and the product will be returned to you. Failure to accept the return of the product will be considered as an unequivocal intention to abandon it and you will not be entitled to receive any compensation.

In case of return of the price of the product found to be defective, the same will be refunded by the same method used for payment.
If the product is not defective, it will be returned to the customer and the related shipping and handling costs will be charged.
Failure to accept the return of the product will be considered as an unequivocal intention to abandon it.
