For our future
VVITA is founded on our vision of an eco-sustainable textile industry and the urgent need for a shift towards a new economic model to address the critical environmental challenges our planet is currently grappling with.
The adoption of a "circular" textile industry is pivotal in reducing water waste, conserving primary resources, curbing the release of pollutants, lowering greenhouse gas emissions, and enhancing soil productivity.
To embody this commitment, we've crafted a VVITA collection that embodies eco-sustainability by utilizing various fabric types aligned with the principles of circular production.
MATERIALS
Our selection of fabrics is diverse and of the highest quality. At the forefront is our eco-sustainable techno-fabric, designed to deliver the same performance as standard polyamide fabrics. This remarkable material is crafted from regenerated ECONYL® nylon yarn, entirely sourced from pre and post-consumer waste materials such as discarded fishing nets, carpet fluff, rigid tulle, and more. Instead of letting these materials end up in landfills, they undergo a sophisticated physico-chemical decomposition process to be reborn.
In addition, we incorporate precious fabrics that were destined for disposal, but we recover and reintegrate them into the fashion supply chain. This approach minimizes environmental impact, as it requires no virgin materials, conserves resources, consumes minimal energy, and significantly reduces both CO2 emissions and waste accumulation.
