The shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you at check-out based on the total weight of the selected items and the provided shipment address. You will also have a space for any additional comments regarding your delivery. Shipping within Italy is free of charge if your order exceeds €79.00. Shipping to ZONE 1 is free if your order exceeds €199.00. Shipping to ZONE 2 is free if your order exceeds €399.00. Shipping to ZONE 3 is free if your order exceeds €299.00. The total value of the order is exclusive of the shipping costs.

The zones and related countries to which we ship are indicated in the tables below. At the moment we do not ship to other countries.

Most orders will ship out within two to three (2-3) business days of ordering. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Sometimes shipments can be delayed through reasons beyond our control.

The tracking number for your shipment will be sent to you from the address: “no-reply@spedire.com” to the email address which you provide during your shopping. If you feel that the the email with the tracking number is missing we strongly recommend checking your “spam” folder. no-reply@spedire.com.
We therefore recommend that you monitor your spam folder to avoid missing notifications about your shipment. 

Once an order has left the Vvita headquarters, it is in the care of the shipping company. We are not liable for any errors made by these services or for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
